Is it us or did August just fly by? Whether you’ve been counting down to the start of fall or hanging on to the final days of summer, September is here and that means it’s time for a fresh batch of Aldi Finds. Our sources at Aldi shared a list of what’s in store for the month and it’s always fun to see what’ll be hitting shelves. Get ready for lots of dinner (and lunch!) shortcuts, German-inspired treats, bold snacks, and more. We went through the list and pulled out the 10 groceries we’re most excited about. Let’s take a look!

1. Mama Cozzi’s Pizza Kitchen Crispy Pepperoni Pan Pizza, $6.99

This is actually one of seven (!) pizzas hitting store shelves this month. This classic pepperoni and mozzarella number promises a crispy pan crust — emphasis on the pan, which is also included! Look for it in the freezer aisle on September 28.

2. Deutsche Küche German Style Pickles, $3.49

Come September 21, if you see jars of these German-style seasonal pickles we advise you stock up. A little spicy and a little sweet with loads of dill flavor, “They’re also small enough to snack on straight from the jar,” according to this private chef and Aldi fan.

3. Deutsche Küche Strudel, $3.99

If you prefer your German-inspired treats savory or sweet, there’s a strudel for you this month. Starting September 21, you’ll find Spinach & Ricotta (pictured above), Artichoke & Cheese, Apple, and Fruits of the Forest (apples with a mix of berries) in the freezer aisle.

4. Kirkwood Family Size Chicken Nuggets, $5.99

This bag reminds us of a similar and widely popular red bag chicken. And we expect big things — namely, perfectly breaded, juicy bites of chicken — from this family-size pack. Find it in the freezer aisle on September 14.

5. Fusia Asian Inspirations Garlic Chicken Bowl, $3.99

If you’re on the hunt for a great, easy, microwaveable lunch, look no further than this Garlic Chicken Bowl, which cooks in 4 minutes. It (and a honey garlic shrimp version) will be available in the freezer aisle starting September 28.

6. Whole & Simple Chicken, Cilantro & Lime Burrito, $1.99

This Chicken Cilantro Lime is loaded with white cheddar, brown rice, black beans, tomatillo, corn, and red bell peppers. And at just under $2, it’s a steal! These and a steak and cheddar version are available in the freezer aisle starting September 9.

7. Specially Selected Caramelized Onion & Balsamic Vinegar Pita Chips, $2.49

This bag of crispy, twice-baked Mediterranean-style pita chips combines sweet-savory caramelized onions and tart of balsamic vinegar. Basically, it’ll be your new favorite chip. You can find these, plus a Gorgonzola flavor, in stores starting September 14.

8. Park Street Deli Garlic Dill Hummus, $1.95

While you could have pita chips without hummus, do you really want to? This tub of garlicky dill hummus is ready for chip-dipping or sandwich-schmearing. It’s also available in Caramelized Onion (we’re sensing a theme here) and Dill Pickle and will be on shelves starting September 21.

9. Specially Selected Iced Cinnamon Swirl Sliced Cake, $3.99

This pre-sliced cinnamon swirl cake hits shelves September 14. With its cinnamon-roll-meets-dessert vibe and pretty swirl, it’s the perfect addition to fall brunches. It also seems like something that would be great with a mug of hot apple cider post-pumpkin picking.

10. Sundae Shoppe Chocolate Covered Vanilla Gelato Bites, $3.99

The folks at Sundae Shoppe have done it again. Vanilla gelato in bite-sized form AND it’s covered in chocolate? Where do we get in line? Oh right, at Aldi. Find these — and a chocolate-on-chocolate version — in the freezer aisle on September 28.

Which of these are you most excited about? Tell us in the comments below!
