Miss International Queen has become the largest
and most well known international transgender beauty pageant in
the world.

Held annually at Tiffany’s Show Pattaya, the event
attracts contestants from all over the globe – including even
South America, which is not a quick, nor easy journey to make.
Taking place for the 16th time despite a break caused by COVID19,
contestants will once again take to the stage to compete in the Grand Finals of Miss
International Queen on Saturday, 25 June 2022.
To learn more about this year’s event and how it
will differ from those before it, Steven Howard of
TravelNewsAsia.com sat down with Alisa Phanthusak,
Managing Director of Tiffany’s Show Pattaya.
In this interview, filmed on 16 June 2022 in
Pattaya, Khun Alisa tells us how it feels to be finally
putting a show back on, how many contestants are taking place this
year, where they have come from and what new technology the
company has embraced to further improve the show, its value and
expand its reach.
We also discuss what it has meant to the lives of
some of the previous winners of Miss International Queen –
including the last winner, Valentina Fluchaire (Miss Mexico) – and what
they are doing now.

overseas, how many franchises there are now and where and in which
countries Miss International Queen is prioritising for future growth.
