The Conrad Centennial Singapore has appointed Su Zie
Chew as
Director of Operations.
Su Zie Chew
Born in Malaysia, Su Zie has over 22 years
of hospitality industry experience, almost half of which has been spent
with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts where she worked in Singapore,
Beijing and Kota Kinabalu.
Su Zie’s most recent role prior to joining the
Conrad Centennial Singapore was as Resident Manager of
Shangri-La’s Tanjung Aru Resort & Spa in Sabah, a position she
held for 3 years.
As a member of the hotel’s senior leadership team,
Su Zie will oversee all operations at the hotel, including
accommodation, food and beverage as well as the Conrad Spa and
Fitness.
